One Whole You
Becoming a parent changes you—but it doesn’t mean you have to lose yourself.
You might be preparing for this transition, adjusting to life with a new baby, or finding your way back into work and leadership. On the outside, you’re showing up. Holding it together. Doing what needs to be done.
But internally, something feels different. Off. Disconnected. Harder than you expected.
For many moms, that shift is shaped by their birth experience—whether it was clearly traumatic, didn’t go as planned, or simply hasn’t fully settled in your body.
At The Whole Parent Collective, I specialize in supporting high-functioning moms navigating the emotional and physical imprint of birth and early parenthood—especially when you don’t feel like yourself anymore.
You don’t have to split yourself into parts to make it all work. You are one whole human—and your support should reflect that.
This isn’t just talk therapy. Our work integrates a somatic (body-based) approach—because experiences like birth aren’t just remembered, they’re held in the nervous system. Together, we gently process what your body has been carrying, helping you feel more regulated, more clear, and more like yourself again.
With specialized training through Postpartum Support International & Somatic Experiencing International, this work supports both healing after difficult experiences and preventing deeper overwhelm before it takes hold.
Support is available at every stage.
